Trophy Met Frenkieee Komt Er Aan

Nou is het aftellen naar het E.K. van 2015 voor mannen team`s
waar onze Orange Lions her en der in Europa flink aan het buffelen zijn om in
shape te komen en aan elkaar te wennen.

Bonds coach Van Helfteren en  Jones en de Guyszzz die buffelen in de hitte golf
die onze kikker landje wel gezegend  is deze zomer.

Eeeeehhh niet klaaagtt gijzzzz .. ikkee niet .. ook klaaagttt
ikkeee lekker vindentt  ...
Toch ... Anooooooniymussszzzzz  ..... ach laat maar.

Wel had ik paar heeeeeeeeeeel erg mooie en leuke foto`s staan op onze web site
van de Trophy Tour van Frenkie en de Cup zelf.
Zou zeggen nog maals ... scroll effe paar stukjes naar beneden en verras je zelf.
Had ook al verteld dat Frenkie met de Cup op 16 Augustus 2015 naar Nederland komt
vanwege deze Tour.

Nou op de Fiba web site stond een resumee van al dat Tour die Frenkie met de Cup maakte en
bijzonder was voor mij dan ...... dat de Cup in voormalig rep. van Yugos. Macedonie was
daar had de kers verse President van dat lands basketball bond ... Petar Naumoski ....
mooie woorden voor de Tour met Frenkie en de Cup.

Ik vind het geweldig dat President Naumoski .... daaaaamnedd ... wat een eer zeg.
Hij was en is nog steeds mijn jeugd sentiment.
Met hem op de buis was ik verslaafd aan basketball waar hij samen met Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaestrooo heeft gespeeld .... eehhh.....Drazen ....
natuurlijk.
In 1996 won hij met Efes Pilsen Istanbul de Korac Cup.

Ach ... het eeeeuwige jeugd .... good old times.

Het stukje is dan helderend van aard en vond het bijzonder om met jullie te delen , waar echte journalisten denken dat er geen nieuws waardig zou zijn.
Het zij zo ... wie is LuluHoops .

Wel kan ik zeggen dat als jullie het nog niet weten , dat Frenkie met de Cup naar Nederland komt
op 16 Augustus is de Cup te zien in Leiden.

Frenkie and the Nikolai Semashko Trophy have completed a whirlwind first week to August which took in stops in Ljubljana, Warsaw, Ohrid and Antwerp.

Ljubljana on 4 August provided a sentimental setting for Frenkie, who got to hang out with older brother, 2013 EuroBasket mascotLipko. The pair hit if off immediately and entertained the crowd with their antics, during the second of two friendly games between hosts Slovenia and Australia.

Despite the additional support, Slovenia could not back up their win from an evening previous, falling 66-51 to the reining FIBA Oceania champions.

A day later came the next stop on the list: one of the host cities of EuroBasket 2009, Warsaw. However, there was not too much time to get sentimental during a Media Day in the Polish capital, with a stop in Ohrid on Saturday just around the corner.

There the trophy was on display at a pre-EuroBasket tournament featuring host nation,The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Israel and Ukraine. The hosts were in fine form, winning both of their encounters.

Frenkie and the Trophy stopped by at the test game between Belgium and Greece

"I would like to give great gratitude to FIBA for organising the Trophy Tour and the opportunity to see the trophy in the countries of the participants," stated The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia Basketball Federation President, Petar Naumoski. He went on to add: "We have the possibility to represent our country in the best possible fashion through the city of Ohrid.

"The opportunity to spend time with the Trophy makes us grow together as sports workers and we wish one day for our basketball players to hold this Trophy aloft on the winner's throne."

His feelings were echoed by national team captain Vlado Ilievski.

"We are proud that the Trophy Tour is here. Three times in a row we have participated in EuroBasket and that is motivation for us to try and win it. It is an honour to spend some time with the Trophy today."

The week then concluded on Sunday in Antwerp, Belgium, where the trophy was on display at the friendly game between Belgium and Greece.

Perhaps spurred on by the sight of the Trophy so close by, Belgium stunned the visiting Greeks 64-59.

This week is no less busy for the Trophy Tour, starting on Monday in Brno, Czech Republic before moving on to the U16 European Championship Men in Kaunas, Lithuania, before crossing back to the other side of the continent to be in Leiden, Netherlands on Sunday.
