Vatutin heeft naast de Russian Basketball Clubs aan Fenerbahce - Beko en Efes Pilsen Istanbul het aanbod gedaan voor een nieuwe op te richten Topp Basketball League in Europa waar door er bijna 100 Miljoen Euro`s aan prijzen te verdelen zijn.
Daaamnedd ... dat is 4 x meer dan ULEB aan prijzen pot heeft en het winnaar er van krijgt maar 1 Miljoen Euro`s en de rest gaat dus naar ULEB in hun competitie van Turkish AirLines EuroLeague
